I want to sew but...

I've got several projects in mind to sew but can't. I've been having radiation treatment for three days and it seems that there is a side affect. I can't seem to keep my eyes open for more than an hour at a time and was told I have "radiation induced fatigue." I don't know how long it's going to go on but I will be glad when it's gone. I just woke up a few minutes ago and I'm already yawning. It's also giving me the shakes so sewing just might not be the thing to do right now. As soon as I can I'll be back at the machine. One good thing is that I'm getting plenty of sleep and not having wild fantasies about cancer!

  1. Adequate rest is so important to the healing process - I know you know that. We will all be waiting for the fatigue to go so we can see some more of your great creations!

  2. I've heard from others who have radiation, including my husband, that tiredness is a result. It will pass, and meanwhile, you're getting well. Hang in there.

  3. That is probably your body's way to heal itself. Sleep is supposed to hel a person get well better than anything. I miss seeing your creations though. I'm so sorry you are having to go through this.

  5. Rest as much as you can and as long as it takes you. You need every bit to get healed completely. We will be waiting here any time you are back... which will be pretty soon by God's Grace.
    Have a wonderful week
