Wow! I am very impressed! Congratulations on mastering a new creative art! When I was a little girl, I remember a great aunt that did this to her shoes to match or complement her outfit. I have also seen advertisments in sewing magazines (Threads?Sew News?) offering an instruction book on the art, but I've never known anything about the actual process. I will be waiting (im)patiently for you to reveal your inspiration and techniques. :)
I'm new to the blogosphere, but I've been reading your blog for a while. Nice to meet you all....
